Eric addresses the constant stream of challenges facing companies in today’s business environment, including those in highly regulated industries such as those subject to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  He provides business-savvy, practical advice on the full spectrum of legal issues faced by business owners and operators.  In addition to acting as your legal advisor, Eric serves as a trusted counsel, business advisor, strategist and creative problem solver. Whether simply forming a new corporation or counseling on more complex matters such as mergers and acquisitions, raising private or public equity, financing transactions, or complex contracts, Eric has the experience to meet your needs. 

Eric assists corporate clients in navigating U.S. and international anti-corruption laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). He is available to provide live and video employee training on anti-corruption in the U.S. and abroad.  He counsels public and private clients on how to develop and maintain an ethical, high integrity workforce.

Eric is a good listener and are highly responsive, always focusing on clients’ objectives and overarching goals.  He tries to eliminate the “noise” often surrounding issues, and remain focuses on solving the true problem at hand.  Through his experience as general counsel and working on an executive management team of a public company, he has insights of the challenges facing boards, executives and employees at all level.  In fact, for start-ups and small and mid cap companies, Eric can serve as your outside general counsel.   No matter what the size or scope of our representation, we work hard to develop, build and maintain client trust.

Education and Awards: Eric received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law School, where he served as Associate Editor on the Hofstra Law Review and was awarded Graduate with Distinction and Moot Court Honors. He has received an “AV-Preeminent” rating from Martindale Hubbell, peer rated for the highest level of professional excellence.

Outside of the office, Mr. Nodiff is active with not-for-profit organizations, serving on boards and providing legal and business advice. He founded and served as President of The Giving Circle of Lower Westchester (serving the food insecure) and currently serves as a director and secretary of Engineering World Health (assists hospitals that serve resource-poor communities of the developing world). He is interested in sports, music, travel, movies, and cultural events. In addition, he has a political pin collection with over 1,000 pins from the 1972 Presidential election and Vietnam War era. But his true joy in life is spending time with his wife, Karen, and his two children and four grandchildren.
